I know I need to spend a little more time updating my blog and less time reading everyone elses, But after a long day of cleaning, cooking, chauffering (is that spelled right? where's my spell check?!) and the thousand other menial tasks I find myself doing, I just like to read.
And my email address is pbcups at gmx dot com

Sometimes I forget I have this blog.
I've had blogs before, One I dedicated 2 years to living off the grid, with 5 children, a husband, farm animals and the goat from hell. We no longer live off the grid. Lost the farm, literally, to foreclosure.
All I can say is ... Thank GOD I don't have to milk a cow anymore!! or chase that stupid goat, or listen to my whiney (ex) husband!!
I can raise 5 kids just fine all by myself, buying milk and cheese from the grocery store, with NO pet goats to chase. No 3 acre farms to till, plant, water and harvest.
Life is good :)
Once upon a time, I could stay awake for days with little to no sleep. I could party like a rock star morning, noon and night! Friday and Saturday nights were all about having fun, so why close your eyes and miss it? lol. Sunday was the day I crashed and slept.
My.. How the times have changed.
Now my reality is - If I don't get at least 6 hours sleep every single night, I can barely function the next day. The only time I "Party" is when I'm going too or hosting, a Birthday party for a child age 16 or younger. Friday nights are family night with 4-5 children in tow, Three of which, have to be in bed by 9pm. Saturday nights sometimes mean there are additional children sleeping over. And Sunday is filled with Church and extended family.
I miss my old life sometimes but if I had the choice to do things differently or stay the same, I wouldn't change a thing :)
